We have been using Regal Cars, Stourbridge, for the best part of 8 years and have bought a number of vehicles from them. They are a very approachable business who will listen, discuss and advise on individual preferences. We have never found them 'pushy', the final decision to purchase a vehicle has always been our decision. What we particularly like is the good after-sales service that we have experienced. Car parts wear out and it is good to find a business where you can get repairs and replacement parts at affordable and reasonable prices. Having experienced other traders and dealers we would thoroughly recommend Regal Cars.

Nice not to be hassled by pressure selling, very approachable and knowledgeable, We were very impressed with the standard of the vehicles on sale and with the help of Kelvin (the son of the owner) we saved £15 a month from our own finance arrangements when we financed through Regal - doesnt sound a lot but over 60 months it’s a big big saving! I bought a used Hyundai i20 from Regal Cars. The car is exactly as it was sold. No nasty surprises. Genuine low mileage. The customer service is very good, they opened especially for me on Sunday to test drive the car. The car was sold with new MOT and fully serviced. Will be using them again and absolutely recommend them as honest car dealers.

Got recommended to come here by a friend and Kelvin sat me down, went through my requirements, recommended a couple of cars that suited my criteria, sat me in them, offered me a test drive in the one I liked most, gave me a good/fair price for my old car and told me the new car would be ready in 48 hours. A hassle free process in buying my new car, Kelvin was so understanding of my disability situation, he Kindly when knowing i had got connecting buses to the garage (as my old car was Written off) gave me a lift back home - A good 20 minute journey!. When my new car was ready collected me again and went through after the paperwork was done every button on the car and explained what they did. Even though the garage that day was extremely busy and due to my age and lack of modern technology understanding, he did not rush through anything.
